Racing is a dangerous sport, the products at JDR Motorsports are sold "as is". JDR Motorsports will not be liable for any type of loss, damage, or injury arising from the use or misuse of the product. Injury or death is a possible occurrence in the sport of auto racing.  The user shall be aware and determine the suitability and safety of the product and assumes all responsibility and risk in connection there within.
